Application and Information about reduced rate phone service for qualifying tribal members - if you qualify, telephone service can be much more affordable. The telephone can be your link with friends, children, parents and grandparents; it can even be a life-saving link in an emergency. If you live on a reservation, you may qualify for telephone service for as little as $1 a month. And if you dont currently have telephone service, you may qualify for a reduced new service connection charge, too.
